Dry Needling Treatment

Everyday you wake up suffering from the same pain and stiffness. It seems like you have tried just about everything to make it better. If this sounds like you, we want to help you stick it to your pain with dry needling!

Dry needling is a skilled intervention that uses a thin filiform needle to release trigger points in a muscle. Dry needling is used to treat dysfunction in muscle, fascia, and connective tissue. It can decrease pain and restore normal muscle function, which will aid in returning to a normal activity level.

Dry needling is used to treat active or latent trigger points that are either causing pain or dysfunction. When a trigger point is palpated, a thin filiform needle is used to penetrate the skin to the trigger point. This helps to inactivate the trigger point by changing the chemical process at the cellular level.
