Molly Britt
Physical Therapist - PartnerA 1992 graduate of the University of Kansas with a degree in Human Biology, Molly graduated with a degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Oklahoma in 1995 where she received the distinction of graduating number one in her class.
During the course of her career, she has worked in outpatient acute injury rehabilitation, inpatient neurological rehabilitation, outpatient sports therapy, and home health. Molly holds advanced certifications in dry needling, cupping, and holds advanced training in Bioregenics Therapy with Dr. Kristin Bowne of Bioregenics Consulting, Inc. in Napa, California.

Physical TherapistCatie Fanning obtained her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Kansas Medical School. Prior to that, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Rockhurst University.
Catie previously worked with traumatic brain injuries and currently works part time in acute care. She enjoys treating all conditions in outpatient therapy.
In her free time, Catie enjoys coaching youth soccer, trying new workout classes, and spending time with her friends and family.

Lucy Sas DPT, MBA
Physical TherapistDr. Lucy Sas earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of Kansas Medical Center. Prior to that, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Truman State University. While completing her doctorate, Lucy traveled to Lincoln Nebraska, Boise Idaho, Garden City Kansas, Tamil Nadu India, and Bangkok Thailand for clinical rotations to practice and learn with people of various backgrounds. During her rotations, she solidified her passion for treating pelvic floor conditions as she works to restore bowel, bladder, and sexual function for all genders to empower people and help them regain their confidence. In her free time, Lucy enjoys rock climbing, kayaking, reading, and learning new dance moves. Outside of work, her other passion is traveling the world to learn about new cultures and perspectives.

Dr. Lauren Onate PT, DPT, OCS, TPS
Clinic DirectorLauren was born and raised in Cheyenne, Wyoming where she grew up playing soccer and enjoying time outdoors camping and hiking. She completed her undergraduate education at the University of Wyoming in 2019, earing earning degrees in both Kinesiology and Spanish. It was here she further developed her love for exercise. She then went on to obtain her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from South College in Knoxville, Tennessee in 2021.
After graduation, Lauren moved to Oklahoma and spent the first four years of her career working in a rural orthopedics physical therapy clinic. During this time, she completed her Orthopedic Residency through Evidence in Motion and became a board certified orthopedic clinical specialist through the American Board of Physical Therapists Specialties (ABPTS) in 2024. She also completed Evidence in Motion’ s Therapeutic Pain Specialist Certification program in 2023. In 2025, Lauren and her husband, Enrique, relocated to Kansas City to be closer to family.
Lauren’s primary clinical focus is in outpatient orthopedics, where she is dedicated to applying orthopedic and pain science techniques to enhance patient outcomes. Outside of her professional life, Lauren enjoys spending time with her husband, exploring national parks, hiking, playing soccer, and exploring Kansas City.
